SMG Building & Joinery is owned and operated by Taranaki's own, Shane Greenlees, a trade qualified Joiner, Licensed Building Practitioner and ultimately an Outdoor Design and Build specialist.

Shane's vast experience in Project Management and building high-end homes in Queenstown combined with his meticulous eye for detail means your outdoor space is in safe hands.

Shane has worked in with his clients to create numerous bespoke outdoor transformations, focusing on budget, practicality, adding value to property and that perfect overall look .

From bespoke decking through to raised gardens, pergolas and even custom shelving and wardrobe fit outs, SMG Building & Joinery has the necessary skills to create one-off bespoke pieces that deliver on your vision.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For larger designs, effective Project Management can make all the difference when it comes to delivering on-time and on-budget.  SMG Building & Joinery has the necessary experience to Project Manage all of our projects.
